The Strategic Initiatives team is a small but mighty squad that partners with all teams at Ironclad to drive growth. We identify mission critical questions, deliver objective analysis, and collaborate cross-functionally to enable results. Every project is different. You may find yourself working on our pricing and packaging, project managing our post merger activities, operationalizing new systems and processes… or simply providing thought partnership in a pinch! 
We are open to hiring in our San Francisco, Indianapolis, New York City and Remote offices for this role.

    • Partnering with a wide range of stakeholders
    • Working methodically to operationalize change
    • Refining iteratively, to make good, better, and better best

Nice to haves

    • Experience with analytics/business intelligence tools like Excel, SQL, Tableau, BigQuery
    • Experience in fast-paced, high-growth B2B/vertical SaaS companies
    • 3-7 years of experience in product management, project management, or strategy & ops
    • 3-7 years of experience in strategy consulting or finance
