We partner with state, county, and private foster care agencies around the country, helping them recruit and approve foster parents more quickly and empowering social workers by eliminating administrative paperwork. Our software also helps match families with children and helps track services to biological families to get on their feet and reunify with their children. Binti currently works with over 140 foster care agencies across 22 states. Rhode Island, New Mexico, Hawaii, and Washington have signed on to make our software their statewide solution.
Our goal is to be the end-to-end modular child welfare data system solution. Our Approvals and Placements modules are widely used and have significantly improved outcomes. Agencies working with us have approved 80% more families on average in their first year of using Binti, with a 16% reduction in time to approve and 20-40% savings in social worker time. Our Case Management module is completing a pilot with our existing agencies and will be more widely available very soon. We are also expanding our team to further develop 3 additional modules.

Binti is seeking a Senior Technical Talent Partner to support our growth trajectory for 2021 and beyond to increase the equality of opportunity in the world. We are a mighty team of 60+ people overall and we intend to grow to 100+ in the next year and 1,000 in the next four years. From sourcing and screening to crafting successful partnerships with our technical teams, this will be a key role in expanding our Product, Design, and Engineering teams. As a Senior Technical Talent Partner, you are a hiring partner, talent sourcer, and prioritize the candidate experience.
Manage the end-to-end recruiting process to include sourcing strategy development, with a clear focus on diversity, candidate assessment, offer recommendations, negotiation, and acceptance
Employ a combination of recruiting techniques to build, engage and maintain a network of potential candidates through proactive sourcing and ongoing relationship management
Partner with your client groups to understand priorities, team goals, company culture, position profile, and other key success factors
Collaborate with Hiring Managers to craft holistic recruiting strategies through shared competitive intelligence and prospective candidate leads to build healthy pipelines of stellar candidates and meet organizational staffing needs
Manage and champion our talent acquisition process to provide an extraordinary, high-touch, best-in-class experience for all stakeholders consistent with Binti's core values
Utilize a data-driven approach to recruiting; analyze data and synthesize insights to stakeholders to illustrate trends and influence equitable outcomes
Develop and implement sourcing strategies and marketing programs to build diverse and inclusive mission-aligned teams. Advise on structured interview processes that mitigates unconscious bias. Coach Hiring Managers and interviewers in inclusive interviewing best practices and objective feedback
Experience & Skills
5+ years of technical recruiting experience with some of that time in-house
Experience working with engineering teams and hiring for technical roles, including but not limited to Product, Design, Full Stack, Backend, Frontend, Mobile, and more
Demonstrated ability to conduct technical screens
Experience with Lever or other applicant tracking systems
Creative and strategic sourcing skills using LinkedIn recruiter, URM job boards, and social media
Strong understanding and curiosity of the current technology landscape
A consultative mindset to diagnose challenges and problem solve
Strong track record of scaling companies and engineering teams
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to deliver a compelling story to prospective candidates
