About Humble Robotics
Working at Humble Robotics means taking on the biggest change in ground transportation in decades. We’re building an autonomous, zero-emissions hauler that dramatically lowers the cost of freight with groundbreaking vision-based AI, designed for today’s global logistics network.
We’re a fast-moving, close-knit team of AV industry veterans and innovative thinkers. We don’t believe culture can be engineered – but when it falls into place, it’s a once-in-a-lifetime adventure.
Progress has never felt so present.
About The Role
Join our Hardware team and work across our autonomous truck programs. You will build test boards, help integrate hardware on the bench and on the vehicle, and support our staff engineers on existing designs. You will work hands-on with real hardware from your first week.
The person who fills this role would primarily work from Humble Robotics’ San Francisco office 5 days a week. We aim to create an in office environment that fosters a collaborative, generative atmosphere where the team can build together.

Assemble, solder, and rework boards; do first power-on and basic checks.
Help integrate hardware on test benches and vehicles with the hardware integration team: wiring, power-up, and troubleshooting.
Support staff engineers on existing designs: schematic updates, part selection and alternates, BOM updates, and design review preparation.
Run bench tests with an oscilloscope, DMM, logic analyzer, and power supplies; record test results and known issues.
Write automation scripts in Python or other languages to automate tests and analyze test data.
Document your boards, test setups, and results so the team can use them after your internship.
