Job Description

Guild is hiring a Learning & Organizational Development (L&OD) Coordinator. This role will support the team in achieving its vision of building a best-in-class L&OD function focused on unlocking the potential of both the organization and the employees within. The work will be largely administrative in nature requiring strong detail orientation and organizational skills, and will report directly to the Senior Director of Learning & Organizational Development.

In this role, you will:

  • Support the Senior Director with scheduling and calendar management
  • Support the Senior Manager with project intake and prioritization processes
  • Support the broader L&OD team with shared calendars, event management, and “run of show” for programs
  • Manage registration and enrollment and provide general administrative assistance for all L&OD programs including on-boarding, leadership/manager development, culture, engagement, DEI, and more.
  • Manage the licensing process for learning providers (FranklinCovey, BetterUp, etc), build software expertise in key people technologies
  • Coordinate the vendor contracting and invoicing process for our team.
  • Oversee a wide range of L&OD data systems and tools
  • Partner closely with the L&OD team members, People Operations, IT, People Business Partners, People Operations, and other members of shared services or external partners to ensure operational excellence in shared processes

Preferred Competencies

  • Experience with being a systems admin for a learning management system, HRIS, HCM (or something similar)
  • Experience with supporting culture and engagement programs a plus
  • Experience with managing enrollment for  leadership, manager, and/or team development programs a plus

Total compensation for this role is market competitive, including a base salary range of $55,000-$66,250 as well as company stock options.
