This is a position that can be based anywhere in the United States, remote or in-office. Our hybrid distributed workforce philosophy allows us to find the best talent in the country and build diverse teams, while allowing our teammates to work from the location that works best for them, whether that is their home office or one of our office locations. We have offices in San Francisco, CA and Pittsburgh, PA for those of you that live local and want to work from the office. We also plan to use these spaces to bring together teammates and drive creativity and innovation.
Reporting to the Director of Marketing Ops, the marketing analytics manager will support the marketing team by analyzing our customer and prospect data, developing dashboards to surface insights, reporting on marketing performance and test results, and monitoring campaign effectiveness. The ideal candidate has a data-driven analytical mindset, has worked on large datasets, is comfortable working in Tableau and Salesforce, and can visualize and communicate insights clearly to teammates and leadership.
Own the creation and maintenance of current and future dashboards and one-off requests, creating self-service dashboards for marketing partners.
Regularly report on marketing campaign performance, channel performance, A/B test results, and key metrics, flagging potential issues and pointing out new trends.
You can manipulate large data sets with high complexity; fluency in SQL, Excel/Google Sheets, BI reporting tools (e.g. Tableau, Looker), and Salesforce.
You possess the curiosity and potential to dive into statistical analysis for predictive modeling and forecasting.
Partner with marketing, finance, data, business insights, and sales operations to ensure data integrity and validate findings.
Ability to scope, size, and fulfill requests balancing efficiency, quality, and impact.
Communicate insights using data visualization and presentations to stakeholders.
Develop and surface unique data stories for PR campaigns and thought leadership.
3-5 years of experience in a similar role
Proficiency with Salesforce and Tableau (or similar BI tool)
Experience building intuitive and actionable dashboards and data visualizations that drive business decisions
SQL proficiency with the ability to write queries to extract data from our data warehouse
Ability to pull out insights and identify patterns from open-ended business problems and datasets
Skilled presenting insights to both technical and non-technical audiences
Passion for data and analysis.
An excellent communicator, both written and verbal, with effective interpersonal skills
A demonstrated history of being high-energy, team player that works well under pressure, with the desire to jump in and get your hands dirty as needed when resources are constrained.
Ability to move fast and juggle multiple projects.
Familiarity with marketing KPIs and metrics
Experience with B2B companies or in the fintech space
