LendingHome is looking to hire a Product Manager for our new business unit. The Property Sourcing team is responsible for helping our customers identify, value and acquire new properties for investment. We're seeking a Principal Product Manager who thrives on collaboration, green fields, and crafting experiences that scale using both people and technology.
Some example possible projects include:
Partnering with the Marketplace team to help users discover newly onboarded products via customer facing features.
Partnering with the Core Product team to identify key touch points to build a better customer experience
As a PM in this position, you will work closely alongside engineering, design, data science, marketplace and operations to grow our marketplace and create a world class end to end customer experience. This role is a highly cross-functional one and plays a very strategic role for the future of LendingHome. Not only are we looking for someone that is comfortable building effective MVPs (0 -1), but we would like this individual to help scale the product and features that we find successful. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys taking ownership and building features at all levels of the stack.

Bachelor’s degree or higher. No seriously, an MBA is not required!
5+ years of experience in product management
Track record of launching products at scale with a demonstrable positive impact to the business
Experience running A/B tests, evaluating results, and leading post-launch optimizations
Strong quantitative analysis skills and a data-driven approach to problem solving
Not afraid to roll up your sleeves to analyze data hands-on in SQL/Python/R environment
Solution oriented, highly-motivated and proactive self-starter
Positive can-do attitude towards tackling problems, doing what’s necessary to get the job done
Experience in real estate or digital marketplace startups/companies
