The Sales Operations Analyst is a key business advisor, who will partner closely with Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success teams to design, implement, and execute against business objectives.  Help identify and scale the effectiveness and efficiency of our go-to-market functions, as well as collaborate with sales leadership to set strategic direction and validate vision.

What you’ll be doing:

    • Increase efficiency & productivity: Develop a deep understanding of all aspects of sales, marketing, and customer success operations, and identify areas for improvement in processes and procedures.
    • Actionable Insight: Develop reports and dashboards to drive business insight, key metrics, and help go-to-market teammates better serve customers.
    • Operational Excellence: Assist in core operational tasks, including: compensation plan design, account & territory assignments, process design and documentation, and systems rollouts & updates.
    • Execute: Deliver strategic and operations projects to launch new programs and successfully execute existing programs.

Key Skills and Requirements:

    • BA/BS in Business, Engineering, Computer Science or related field; or equivalent professional experience.
    • 3+ years work experience in management consulting, sales, strategy, operations, or finance.
    • Previous experience with SaaS sales, customer success or marketing operations experience preferred.
    • Expert in driving results and outcomes while solving complex business problems with data.
    • Possess exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills and be comfortable interacting with all levels, including Board Members and Executive Leadership.
    • Excellent presentation, organizational, and communication skills (both written and verbal). Writing sample may be requested.
    • Previous experience with Salesforce and financial modeling strongly preferred.
    • Deep interest in analyzing data to drive sound decision-making.
    • Team and goal-oriented.
