Elevate our Site Reliability Engineering practices as a thought leader.
In this role we value:
Empathetic leadership and empowerment of the engineering team.

A diverse background which enables you to guide your team through complex technical problems.
Proven ability to operate effectively and autonomously across multiple teams in situations of technical ambiguity.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Outcome driven decision-making driven by metrics and user research.
Demonstrated success in mentoring to bring out the best in an engineering team.
