About the Role
We are looking for a highly-driven Talent Acquisition Manager to attract and engage best-in-class teammates to join our rapidly growing company. As a founding member of the talent acquisition team, you will play a leading role in identifying and engaging top candidates in a creative way, improving and contributing to our employer brand, and iterating on our recruiting practices as we scale 10x and beyond. You will play a key role in the long-term strategy for growing and developing the Talent Acquisition team.
You will support the growing Talent Acquisition team to maintain and expand Uno’s talent network and pipeline
You will oversee a small yet mighty team and recruiting operation that recruits across all Uno roles (product, engineering, operations, sales)
You will provide thought leadership on designing full cycle hiring processes that are equitable, engaging, and deliver a top tier candidate experience
You will identify cutting edge recruitment trends to help effective recruitment strategies that align with hiring managers' needs and goals
You will work cross-functionally with hiring managers, team leads, and leadership to propose and drive hiring process improvements that enable us to grow and scale
You will set priorities and goals for the talent team and report on SLAs and KPIs of all talent acquisition operations, providing consistent updates on hiring funnels and flag delays and blockers to key stakeholders for resolution
This role requires
3+ years of talent acquisition or recruitment experience (agency and/or startup preferred)
Willingness to hit the ground running and build our Talent Acquisition team
Passionate about enacting practices that further DE&I at Uno and dedication to hiring and retaining diverse talent
Excellent organization, time management, and prioritization skills
Knowledge of Google Workspace products (Gmail, Calendar, Meet, Drive, Sheets, etc.)
Experience with ATS systems, Greenhouse preferred, and LinkedIn Recruiter
