As Creative Producer, you’ll be creating awareness campaigns focused on developers. These could run the gamut from playlists to videos to podcasts to interactive games or events. You’ll partner with DevRel and content teams to create unique and engaging content and experiments that help raise awareness for the Lightstep brand.

You’d be a great fit if...

• You have 5 years of experience in creative production 
• You love to think creatively about campaigns and test out new platforms and ideas
• You can scope, budget, and resource creative projects using internal and external resources — and also act as a lead IC when appropriate
• You understand how to create and distribute content or experiences that will engage developers, SREs, and technical teams
• You can manage project timelines, and measure and report on results
• You feel confident working on a wide variety of platforms and channels (blog, video, audio, experiential)
• You are able to build bridges across the sales, customer success, and product teams

Bonus points

• You have a background in monitoring, observability, Application Performance Management (APM), or a related technology. 
• You have specifically worked with software developers as your core customer.  
• You have experience with cloud-native and/or open-source technologies.
