While we learned a great deal from our experiences building Dapper (Google’s distributed tracing solution) and Monarch (Google’s high-availability metrics solution), LightStep is in many ways a reaction to and a generational improvement beyond those approaches. Recruiting is arguably one of the most important things Lightstep needs to accomplish. The Go to Market Recruiter will play a critical role in helping drive this activity for the entire company. Our GTM Recruiter will be responsible for sourcing and owning the relationship with each candidate from first outreach all the way to close and the new employees first day. This role will largely support our Sales, Marketing and Customer Success orgs.
