We’re looking for an experienced Product Designer to join our Product Growth Team to help us scale Tally to the next level, set up each user for success to tackle their debt, and mature the role of Growth Design at Tally. This is an opportunity to play a key role in helping achieve our next level of scale, contribute to strategy, and lead high-impact work. You’ll also be joining a fast-growing and talented team of designers, artists, writers, and researchers!
Work closely with product, engineering, research, and marketing to deliver amazing experiences to our Members and enable sustainable growth
Contribute to product strategy through vision, design thinking, and user insights
Partner with product managers to establish our growth and experimentation process
Participate in and lead design reviews, sprints, and workshops across Tally
Become an expert in Tally's growth funnel and user insights to inform design decisions
Balance vision with an iterative approach to finding the right solutions
Work across Web, Android, and iOS, owning the end-to-end experience
Build upon and evangelize the craft of product design at Tally
