Requirements:
10 + years of demonstrated success leading large, time sensitive, complex projects and / or programs across teams or organizations, preferably in the integrations space
ERP Experience (previous implementation consultancy or similar experience)
Experience working on and leading a team on multiple projects at the same time
Experience building up and managing a team
Very organized and detail oriented with the ability to change gears quickly
High level of integrity and discretion in handling all confidential information
Understand the key initiatives and workstreams leadership is focused on and work to drive progress and successful outcomes against these priorities
Versatile self-starter with a team-oriented work style
Excellent written and oral communication skills including negotiation skills. Ability to communicate complex concepts concisely, clearly, and effectively across multiple levels including executive leadership team, peers, and managers
Experience working directly with senior executive leadership teams
Advanced problem-solving, conflict resolution, active listening, and time management skills
Strong analytical skills and tech savvy
Experience planning and leading strategic initiatives
Experience producing software development scope/specification documentation
Knowledge of product development and product life cycles
Ability to work with clients and partners
Proven experience working in project management tools (Jira, Confluence, Github, Trello…)
Creating a scalable framework for Vic.ai’s integration efforts
Proven success in leading system integrations or implementations of major platforms such as SAP, Oracle,
4+ years of experience in a technical integration role – focused on the technical capabilities of a SaaS platform, including the documentation, organization, and presentation of technical topics to a customer audience.

As a role that focuses on determining strategy and achieving results as efficiently and promptly as possible, you excel at:
Good understanding of the components and resources needed to achieve successful integrations
Collaboration and ability to manage complex dependencies in cross-functional teams including Sales, Product, Engineering and Growth teams
Working with partners and internal stakeholders to ensure tech teams are unblocked
Working closely with development teams from planning through testing and deploy
Leading training/demos to external stakeholders
Proven experience working in project management tools (Jira, Confluence, Github, Trello…)
Excellent English written and verbal communication skills
Ability to thrive in a high paced work environment
Ability to multi-task and manage various project elements simultaneously
Willingness to roll up your sleeves to get the work done to see a project to completion
Excellent relationship management, stakeholder engagement, organization, and facilitation skills
Eager to play a role in building our business and contribute to the continuous improvement of our ways of working
