Enablement at Crunchbase
 
The Enablement Team reports into Revenue Operations and is responsible for the onboarding, continued education, quality assurance, content development and asset management and engagement platforms that support several customer facing teams including Sales Development, Sales, Customer Success/Experience and Business Development.

What You'll Do:

    • The ideal candidate for this position will be comfortable working in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
    • The Customer Success Trainer will develop, coordinate and deliver the continued education for our post-sales roles
    • Create strategic content and playbooks to educate revenue teams on processes, resources, talk tracks and strategic content that helps us differentiate and win deals
    • Implement content management system to organize resources and improve accessibility
    • Capture feedback from teams on a regular basis to constantly improve support programs
    • Train revenue teams on the best use of marketing and sales enablement materials
    • Field ad hoc content and support requests from revenue teams
    • Partner with operations team initiatives to drive alignment
    • Support cross-functional initiatives and collaborate closely with sales, marketing, customer success, product, and finance
    • Deliver revenue enablement presentations to the revenue organization at leadership meetings

What We're Looking For:

    • You've helped a mixture of high touch and low touch customer organizations scale, and you know how to avoid the pitfalls
    • 2+ years of previous experience as an individual contributor and quota carrier (Account Executive/Manager or Customer Success Manager)
    • 2+ years of previous experience in enablement & training. Designing and delivering innovative enablement programs with measurable business results
    • Expertise in Salesforce and the Salesforce ecosystem and other sales related software and tools
    • Strong ability to plan and manage numerous processes and projects simultaneously
    • Ability to be efficient and work independently while also being able to collaborate effectively in a group setting, organize and manage multiple assignments and deadlines
