Tally is hiring a Vice President of Finance. This leader will be responsible for all aspects of Tally’s financial operations and will be part of Tally’s leadership team. We’re looking for an inspiring leader with well-rounded consumer finance and lending experience. Our ideal VP of Finance will not only have experience leading financial operations, he or she will also have a proven track record of building a top-performing team of financial professionals and being a strategic cross-functional partner to other functions at Tally. 

Tally is backed by some of the world’s top investors, including Andreessen Horowitz and Kleiner Perkins and has raised $142MM in total funding.

In this role you will:

• Lead all aspects of Tally’s financial operations
• Develop and mentor Tally’s high-performing, existing Finance team
• Be a member of Tally’s leadership team and represent the perspective of Finance
• Incorporate a best in class operational foundation around compliance, revenue recognition, internal policies, internal tools, and record keeping
• Oversee all financial and accounting functions, including financial modeling, multi-year forecasting, budgeting, accounting, management of receivables and payables, purchasing process, payroll and expense management, cash and currency management, tax compliance and strategy, and cost allocations
