In this role, you’ll be responsible for driving sales strategy and growth across our enterprise account relationships. In addition, you will guide a team of talented sales professionals as they build and develop relationships with the largest customers. You will partner with Customer Success, Marketing, Partnership, Operations, Finance, Product, People, and other departments to drive the success of Vic.ai. In addition, you will work directly with Vic.ai's executives to ensure that the company’s exciting vision is translated through its sales team, day in and day out.

As the Head of Sales, you will directly impact the growth and success of Vic.ai by helping us build and grow the enterprise and mid market segment of our platform offering. You will work closely with our global leadership teams and cross-functional partners to identify opportunities for future growth. What you will do…

  • Implement our go-to-market strategy to exceed revenue targets for account penetration
    • Lead a world-class sales organization while managing and mentoring Enterprise Sales Representatives, Sales Development Representatives, Sales Engineers, Sales Operations, and Sales Enablement
  • Define and implement repeatable and successful sales strategies, processes, and tactics that support the company vision and OKRs
  • Participate in global customer and prospect meetings to help define a strong business case while building relationships with prospects and partners 
  • Lead and partner cross-functionally with teams to drive pipeline, close rate, build revenue growth, and prioritize where Vic.ai invests its resources
  • Identify product and technology gaps with customers and present a point of view to Vic.ai’s Product and Leadership Teams
  • Have a proven track record of successfully coaching and leading team members on strategies to reach their goals
  • Proactively work with our Partnership team to identify areas for growth and collaboration
  • Report on sales activity, revenue forecasting, and effectiveness of our sales performance metrics
  • Stay current on industry trends, competitors, and insights to identify opportunities 
  • Build out the account management function to drive revenue growth and customer expansion and retention


 If you fit the following, you’ll love building with us….

  • 10+ years of Sales experience in high growth, high tech start ups selling Enterprise level solutions 
  • 5+ years of sales leadership including building and developing a team
  • Solid understanding of Enterprise SaaS applications and market research technology
  • Ability to gather and leverage data to develop compelling strategies, then bring a plan to fruition with seamless execution, attention to detail and accountability
  • Coach and drive the sales process from the top of the sales funnel through acquisition
  • Proven track record of building multi-disciplined teams who can deliver a seamless customer experience across all stages and touchpoints in a customer journey
  • Demonstrated experience in hiring and ramping top talent, as well as coaching and mentoring team members to exceed goals and help them reach their full potential
  • Successful relationships with internal stakeholders working to achieve company OKRs by aligning vision and resources
  • Experience collaborating with business development teams to successfully integrate growth/partnership strategies into the overall revenue growth strategy
  • History of thriving in a rapidly-changing environment and an ability to coach and manage through ambiguity
  • An ability to not only work with a sense of urgency but successfully motivate others to do the same
  • Outstanding presentation, negotiation and closing skills at all decision-making levels
  • Preferably, you have a strong, developed network of contacts at top-tier companies
