Guild is hiring for a Senior Growth Marketing Associate. This role will be responsible for helping us find new and innovative ways to reach, engage & empower prospective students in their educational journey. More specifically, you will support our member enrollment campaigns that help steer prospective students towards programs that align with career aspirations!

As a Senior Growth Marketing Associate you will:

  • Support the execution of key member enrollment campaigns, including member newsletters, new program announcements, and policy expansions.
  • Support the build out of a tactical, month-by-month roadmap for achieving our member engagement goals
  • Partner closely with the data science, research, product, and enablement teams to ensure cross-functional collaboration and alignment on key projects
  • Be responsible for the creative briefing process for your campaigns from start to finish, working closely with the design, copy, storytelling and marketing operations teams to bring your ideas to life
  • Communicate results and findings from our member enrollment efforts with key partners across the business, ensuring the accurate measurement and reporting is established in order to supervise our progress

You are a strong fit for this role if you:

  • Have 2+ years experience supporting campaign strategy across a variety of digital channels (email, paid social, SMS, etc.)
  • Are proficient in campaign measurement, supervising standard processes, and key funnel metrics
  • Enjoy balancing the “art” (brand voice & creative execution) with the “science” (reporting & optimization) of marketing campaign management
  • Are a self-starter who is motivated by taking ownership of your work and crafting new opportunities for experience
  • Get passionate about working in a fast-paced, fun and collaborative environment; with the ability to adopt change and ambiguity

We feel passionately about equal pay for equal work, and transparency in compensation is one vehicle to achieve that. Total compensation for this role is market competitive, including a base salary range of $70,000- $92,500 as well as company stock options.
