Guild is hiring a Senior Go-to-Market Strategy & Ops Analyst to join its Partner Experience (PX) Strategy & Ops team. Our team acts as a cross-functional partner to scale and grow the Partner Experience Organization, providing strategy & thought leadership, operational excellence and enablement, including training, system & tools and processes!

This new team member will be a dynamic partner across various high-priority initiatives, orchestrating critical projects to grow Guild’s Employer Partners.

You will strategize and implement key pillars and initiatives to drive Guild and Employer Partner growth, by working closely with cross-functional teams (e.g., Sales, Marketing, Solution Design)!

Role responsibilities:

  • Provide reporting, analytics, modeling and insights to go-to-market leaders and their teams
  • Simplify and streamline Sales and Marketing activities through process optimization, development of tools, and strategic mentorship
  • Implement processes that allow new team members to quickly drive an impact for our Employer Partner's sales cycle, Employer Partner delivery frameworks, and more
  • Collaborate with Finance, Member Analytics team to ensure our teams can guide our Partners’ actions based on a data-driven framework
  • Assist in the execution of special projects across our client-facing teams
  • Implement light system administration of Salesforce and other Sales & Marketing team tools

You are a strong fit for this role if you have:

Required Proficiencies

  • 2+ years of experience in an analyst role, preferably within a Sales Enablement or Revenue Operations department
  • Salesforce or other CRM experience, specifically with dashboards, reporting, and analytics
  • An understanding of an outstanding system and tool landscape for client-facing success
  • Excellent problem-solving skills, with a strong emphasis on the development of frameworks and processes that can be scaled and/or automated
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills with high attention to detail
  • Sophisticated Excel / Modeling skills
  • The ability to interpret practical problems into technical requirements and liaise with technical teams to implement related solutions

We feel passionately about equal pay for equal work, and transparency in compensation is one vehicle to achieve that. Total compensation for this role is market competitive, including a base salary range of $99,000- $126,500, as well as company stock options.
