Fullcast is growing, and we are looking for an experienced Director of Sales to join our leadership team! The candidate who fills this role will be joining Fullcast at an exciting time and has the ability to come in and have a large impact on the continued growth of the company. This individual will be responsible for generating, developing, and operationalizing opportunities with shared objectives of revenue generation and growth.

This individual will be a results-driven, sales-minded, strategic leader who welcomes the challenge of hitting near-term revenue objectives while laying the foundation for long-term market leadership and building the engine. The individual has to be a player/coach. They will leverage their industry experience as a sales leader to communicate the value of Fullcast's platform.

Not only can this individual set a vision for strategic opportunities, but also knows how to tactically execute on a day-to-day basis as a hands-on executive on a tight-knit team.  This position will have a high level of autonomy and accountability in a rapidly changing environment, which will require a unique blend of self-motivation, creativity, persistence, and analytical skills.

You will be responsible for:

  • Meeting/Exceeding Revenue targets as you will own individual quota.
  • Development of a winning team and culture, including recruiting, hiring, and training
  • Accurate reporting on sales activity and forecasting to the leadership
  • Consistent monitoring of the sales activity of the team, and tracking of results
  • Develop and execute successful sales campaigns
  • Engaging at C-level in enterprise customer organizations

Qualifications

You must:

  • Know how to make a visionary sale—capture the unique vision of what Fullcast does and inspire executive sales prospects and customers with a sense of what is possible
  • Come with B2B Enterprise SaaS sales experience.
  • Understand what it means to compete as part of a team and easily communicate with them being remote
  • Have experience running the full sales cycle: From the demonstration pitch to bringing the partnership across the line
  • Have met or exceeded $1.5 million of new business annually
  • Be comfortable leading with a point of view but are low ego
  • Have a track record of trying and learning new things
  • Stay curious about being a thought leader with the industry you're a part of, and improving the skills that make you successful
  • We’d be especially excited if you’ve worked closely with Sales Operations and Sales Strategy personnel in a SaaS startup before. If you have any prior experience in GTM planning, Anaplan or Xactly - do let us know.

Other Qualifications

  • 7+ years of experience in B2B SaaS, preferably at a rapidly growing startup
  • Experience exceeding revenue quotas in a sales or business development role
  • Organized and methodical approach to work, with ability to set goals, prioritize, and stay focused in the face of a long list of potential opportunities
  • Exceptional problem-solver, with a curiosity and ability to rapidly learn
  • Exceptional written and oral communications skills
