Pre-Series A Company that is growing fast as it drives the adoption of a brand new Revenue Operations platform supporting enterprise customers. Fullcast is growing, and we are looking for an experienced Director of Sales to join our leadership team! The candidate who fills this role will be joining Fullcast at an exciting time and has the ability to come in and have a large impact on the continued growth of the company. This individual will be responsible for generating, developing, and operationalizing opportunities with shared objectives of revenue generation and growth. This individual will be a results-driven, sales-minded, strategic leader who welcomes the challenge of hitting near-term revenue objectives while laying the foundation for long-term market leadership and building the engine. The individual has to be a player/coach. They will leverage their industry experience as a sales leader to communicate the value of Fullcast's platform. Not only can this individual set a vision for strategic opportunities, but also knows how to tactically execute on a day-to-day basis as a hands-on executive on a tight-knit team.
