Job Description

ADAY is a direct-to-consumer brand with the aim to lift the standard for clothing through great design + a better supply chain. We’re a team of optimists (currently working remotely around the globe) and we’re dedicated to making positive changes in the world around us. We’re also pretty fun (if we do say so ourselves), and we strive to make each day interesting, challenging and rewarding.

We’ve raised over $10m in venture capital and were named one of the Most Innovative Companies in the World by Fast Company. You can read more about us in places like Fast Company, Vogue, Refinery29 + Conde Nast Traveler (and many more).

This Role
ADAY is looking for an Excel-loving individual to lead our analytics, from helping us direct large budgets to the most efficient investments to recommending tactics to increase LTV.

We think you have the following characteristics
Our ideal candidate is highly analytical + strategic and excited to have a direct impact on company success. You should love analyzing large data sets, feel comfortable performing regressions, and coming to conclusions about what’s working and what’s not.

You should be super excited about the following

  • Analyzing data + making recommendations

  • Helping an early-stage company grow fast

  • Owning large budgets

  • Being part of the foundational team for an industry-disrupting brand

Who are you?

  • You probably have 0-2 years of experience at a consulting firm or investment bank.

  • You love to analyze data + come to conclusions.

  • You're strategic; you turn trends and performance into actionable insights and you’re highly detail-oriented.

  • You should be familiar with (or willing to learn) Excel + willing to learn how to use Facebook Ads Manager.
