Our team consists of smart, humble, and collaborative people who value ownership over all we do to create a product, team, and company that lives and breathes our motto: Build Together, Grow Together, Win Together.

Branch is looking for a Senior Director of Product Management with a proven background building scalable products, processes, and teams in a SaaS environment. This newly created opportunity will report directly to the VP of Product, SaaS.

In this role, you will oversee product strategy, development, and lifecycle management of our product portfolio. You will lead the product management team, collaborating with technical and field teams to define and deliver market-leading solutions to meet customer needs. We are looking for someone who is successful operating within a highly cross-functional environment, requiring you to thrive in ambiguity, excel in a fast-paced growth stage setting, align with various internal and external stakeholders, and collaborate with global teams across different time zones.

If this sounds like you, then we want to connect!

As a Senior Director of Product Management, you’ll get to:

  • Develop and execute a product roadmap to align with company strategy, goals and customer success.
  • Lead and mentor a team of product managers, which span across a range of seniority and experience.
  • Understand the market and the customer - translate insights into actionable product strategies.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders such as sales, marketing, engineering, and customer experience to define product requirements, prioritize solutions, and drive successful product launches across markets.
  • Drive the product development process - including product planning, requirements gathering, user experience design, and validation.
  • Foster a customer-centric mindset and incorporate it into the product development process.
  • Define and track key product metrics to evaluate product performance, identify areas for improvement, and make data-driven decisions.
  • Engage directly with customers during pre-sales and post-sales implementations to align product features with their desired business outcomes.

You’ll be a good fit if you have:

  • 10+ years of product management experience in B2B SaaS.
  • 5+ years direct management experience having managed people managers and individual contributors.
  • An owner’s and growth mindset and action orientation.
  • Strong collaboration in team environments and can act quickly as the decision-maker.
  • Excitement for building, growing and coaching teams.
  • Experience leading enterprise products used by Fortune 500 customers.
  • Demonstrated success in launching and managing products, throughout the product life-cycle and delivering business results.
  • Experience in launching products in iterative and data driven environments.
  • Excellent business judgment and problem-solving/analytical skills.
  • Outstanding communication and presentation skills.
