  • Go-to-Market Excellence: Spearhead product with precision, collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure a cohesive and impactful market entry.
  • Analyst Relations: Leverages industry expertise and technical knowledge from our market to work with analysts to shape Drata’s emerging category.
  • Team Leadership: Build, mentor, and lead a high-performing product marketing team, fostering a culture of excellence, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
  • Drive Adoption: Partner with the Product, Marketing (e.g. Demand Gen, Content, Brand, Customer), Customer Success and Data teams to track the right metrics and execute campaigns that drive awareness, education and adoption of critical capabilities
  • Insight-Driven Innovation: Partner with the Revenue Team to regularly gather market and customer insights that identify problems we need to solve that inform and influence product strategy and development.

What you’ll bring:

  • 8-10  years of product marketing experience in the SaaS, cybersecurity, or compliance industries, or equivalent experience
  • Experience scaling SaaS organization to $200M +
  • Experience navigating the transition from a multi-product solution to a platform
  • Demonstrated success at launching new products and features in a SaaS environment; you own the metrics behind the launch, and know how to coach a team towards them
  • Experience leading and growing a team of other talented PMM’s
  • Exceptional communication skills, capable of conveying complex cybersecurity concepts in clear, compelling terms to a variety of stakeholders.
  • Must be motivated by working with awesome people in a high energy, fast-paced environment, and dedicated to helping take Drata to the next level

Benefits:

  • Healthcare: 90-100% paid premiums for medical, dental, and vision plans for employee and dependents + on demand health care concierge
  • HSA, FSA, & DCFSA: Pre-tax savings plans for healthcare and dependent care, with up to a $600 annual employer contribution to the HSA plan (if enrolled in HSA medical plan)
  • 100% paid short and long term disability plus life + AD&D benefits
  • Learning & Development: $500 annually towards professional development opportunities + $250 annually towards personal development opportunities
  • Flexible Time Off: Flexible vacation policy for strong, fully charged batteries

Drata is on a mission to help build trust across the internet.

Drata is a security and compliance automation platform that continuously monitors and collects evidence of a company's security controls, while streamlining compliance workflows end-to-end to ensure audit readiness.

We all recognize the importance of earning and keeping the trust of our customers when it comes to protecting their data. We've felt firsthand how burdensome achieving and maintaining a strong security and compliance posture can be at a fast-growing company. It’s a manual, redundant, error-prone, and unscalable process - and it only grows more complex and expensive over time.

Our team of SaaS, security, compliance, and audit experts have built a better way - with automation.
