About the Senior Product & Partner Marketing Manager Role:
 
If you’re passionate about product marketing, and like experimenting with new go-to-market models to drive pipeline generation, revenue, and adoption, this role’s for you. We’re looking for an enthusiastic marketer who is great at crafting product messaging, knows how to help us stand out in a crowd and loves partnering with external stakeholders to drive new business in creative ways. In this role, you’ll manage our messaging and help us have a clear, concise and consistent point of view on the world of learning and development. You’ll also work with our network of partners and advisors to nurture positive business outcomes.

In this role, you'll:

      • Champion and evolve Hone’s messaging 
      • Deeply understand our industry and our buyers 
      • Write/produce and edit compelling product marketing materials
      • Partner with Demand Gen to develop and execute integrated brand campaigns that raise awareness, and generate and nurture leads
      • Lead our partner and advisor marketing initiatives
      • Get to know our customers, their use cases and their stories and tell them back to the market in a way that helps us shine
      • Collaborate with the Product team to launch new features and products to the market
      • Work closely with Customer Success to drive product engagement
      • Assist in event production to represent our product in the most compelling way possible
 

About you:

      • 5+ years of product marketing experience, ideally at a high-growth SaaS company
      • Exceptional communication skills 
      • Brilliant cross-functional collaborator who loves building relationships with other stakeholders both internally and externally
      • Meticulous attention to detail 
      • Strong project manager with an ability to create, execute, and adjust plans as needed
      • Creative thinker who synthesizes information to drive marketing innovation
      • Extremely resourceful, comfortable with ambiguity
 

Nice to Haves:

    • Knowledge of the learning and development, talent management and/or human capital space
    • Experience running or contributing to partner programs
$120,000 - $150,000 a year
