Over the next decade, 1 billion jobs will be reimagined by the development of new technologies. Companies need to reskill their employees, but they lack the know-how to do so. Individuals need to reskill throughout their careers to keep pace with changing requirements, but their learning options are insufficient.

About the role

  • Own a quota driving sales and revenue

  • Develop a strong pipeline by owning a territory to meet your goals

  • Build and maintain relationships with new organizations and prospect

  • Prepare presentations and proposals to clients outlining products and solutions that meet their needs

  • Drive negotiations of contract terms with prospects

  • Work closely with internal teams such as Marketing, Customer Success and Product sharing market and product feedback

  • You’ve got a strong ability to identify and pursue new business opportunities

  • You have strong negotiation and commercial skills

  • Have Excellent written and verbal communication, ability to articulate ideas and solutions clearly to clients and internal teams

  • Wizard at relationship building, strong interpersonal skills to build and maintain prospect relationships

  • You have problem solving skills to identify sales opportunities

  • You’re super goal-oriented and result driven, setting up work towards achieving sales targets and goals

  • You’re resilient, this is early stage sales, you’ll need to be able to handle rejection and overcome obstacles while maintaining a positive attitude

  • Strong strategic thinking skills to develop and implement account plans, align sales efforts with overall company objectives
