Why We Need You

We are looking for a Growth Marketing Manager, Paid to own our paid search, mobile app acquisition, and display campaigns across Google Ads and Bing Ads. Reporting to the Sr. Manager of Paid Growth Marketing, you will be accountable for the performance to target and finding new ways to evolve our approach. Collaborating closely with channel leads across CRO, organic, and content, this is a great opportunity to drive high visibility impact while continuing to grow your skills across various channels.

You are a bar raiser, which means you come with
  • 3-5+ years of hands-on channel experience across paid search in a B2B SaaS environment.
  • Experience crafting and running web experiments to optimize Google Ads along with search copy optimizations
  • Experience with setting up and managing pixel-based, offline conversion uploads and S2S (server side) tracking for Google Ads
  • Big plus if you have experience with PLG or freemium motions, paid app acquisition, paid social, or offline channels
  • Experience using paid marketing tools (e.g. Google Ads), marketing analytics and tracking tools (e.g. Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager), 
  • Experience with search and SEO tools (e.g. GSC, SEMRush, Ahrefs)
  • Experience with data visualization tools (e.g. Looker/Tableau) as well as experience with Excel/GSheets and SQL
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to help us assess and forecast opportunities
  • Strong understanding of marketing principles and strategies
  • Track record of being entrepreneurial and a self-starter with a high level of ownership
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and present complex ideas in a clear and concise manner
  • Resourceful, fundamentally curious, and relentless in understanding the “why”. Possesses a sense of urgency in line with our value of “No Day Wasted”
