About LiftLab:

The Role: We are seeking a passionate and driven Global Partnerships Manager/Director to lead our strategic agency relationships globally with an immediate focus on one of the largest agency holding companies in the world. This role is crucial in fostering robust partnerships, enhancing agency understanding and utilization of LiftLab's platform, and driving significant revenue growth through strategic alliances and partner education.


Responsibilities:

  • Strategic Partnership Development: Craft and execute a comprehensive partnership strategy that includes detailed business plans, go-to-market strategies, and clear objectives for each key agency and technology partner for new and existing relationships.

  • Education and Training: Develop and lead a training program for agencies to deepen their knowledge and fluency in utilizing LiftLab's tools, ensuring optimal engagement and usage.

  • Relationship Management: Establish and nurture strong relationships with key stakeholders, including C-level executives across our partner organizations.

  • Revenue Growth: Identify and develop new pathways for revenue generation through strategic partnerships and ensure alignment with LiftLab’s quarterly and annual financial targets.

  • Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams—Product, Marketing, Sales, and Solutions—to drive new business initiatives and enhance our market presence.

 

Qualifications:

  • Extensive experience in partnership management and/or business development within the SaaS/Tech, Analtyics, Agency and Media areas.

  • Strong preference given to candidates that have experience working with media plans of consumer facing brands and/or their agencies.

  • Proven track record of pitching, aligning, selling and expanding ARR/flat

  • Demonstrated ability to develop C-level relationships and effectively engage with strategic partners including media platforms, e-commerce platforms, and agencies.

  • Strategic thinker with a deep understanding of the marketing technology landscape and the ability to drive LiftLab's leadership position within it.

  • Proven track record in negotiating and closing deals, managing partner relations, and driving partner-led revenue growth.

  • Self-motivated, results-driven, and capable of working with minimal oversight to manage complex projects and initiatives.

  • Excellent conflict resolution, negotiation, and organizational skills.
