About the role: is a rapidly growing AI-based SaaS platform for finance teams. We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Director of Sales Development to join our team. The Director of Sales Development will be responsible for leading and managing a team of sales development representatives (SDRs) to generate new business leads and drive revenue growth for the company.


What you’ll do:

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive sales development strategy to generate new business leads, and opportunities and drive revenue growth for

  • Lead and manage a team of SDRs, providing guidance, coaching, and feedback to ensure team success.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, sales, and product development, to align sales development initiatives with broader business objectives.

  • Create and implement sales development processes and systems to streamline lead generation and ensure efficient use of resources.

  • Analyze sales development metrics and KPIs to identify areas for improvement and drive performance optimization.

  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in sales development to inform strategy and tactics.

  • Identify and implement new tools and technologies to improve sales development processes and drive results.

  • Ensure compliance with all company policies and procedures, including but not limited to, ethical business practices and data protection policies.


What you'll need:

  • Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field.

  • 5 + years of experience in sales development, with a proven track record of success in generating new business leads and driving revenue growth.

  • 3+ years of experience in sales development leadership, with a demonstrated ability to lead and manage a high-performing team.

  • Strong understanding of sales development best practices, tools, and technologies.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a strong ability to build relationships with customers, team members, and cross-functional partners.

  • Proven ability to develop and execute sales development strategies that align with broader business objectives.

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a data-driven approach to decision-making.

  • Experience working in a SaaS environment is preferred.

The base annual salary range for this position is specific to the United States and ranges from $110,000 - $150,000. The actual annual salary paid for this position will be based on several factors, including but not limited to: internal equity, skills, prior experiences, work location, training, company needs, and current market demands. The annual salary range for this position is subject to change and may be adjusted in the future. This position may also be eligible for salary increases, commission, equity awards, and benefits.
