  • Mentorship: Guide and mentor junior analysts to foster a culture of data-driven decision making.

What you’ll bring:

  • Experience: 10+ years of experience as a Data Analyst or similar role, with a strong track record of success in high-growth, fast-paced startup environments
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in writing analytical SQL and experience with data analysis and visualization tools (e.g., Looker, Tableau, Sigma). Experience with analytical programming languages (Python, R, SAS) is a plus.

  • Statistical Knowledge: Understanding of regression and other statistical methods, with the ability to apply them effectively in a business context
  • Communication Skills: Confidence in communicating with C-Level executives and the ability to explain complex analyses to non-technical stakeholders
  • Collaboration: Experience working with customer-facing departments like Customer Success, Sales, or Customer Support
  • Problem-Solving: Proactive in identifying opportunities for improvement and making recommendations
  • Adaptability: Comfortable working in a fast-paced startup environment, thriving in both autonomy and collaboration

  • 100% paid short and long term disability plus life + AD&D benefits
  • Learning & Development: $500 annually towards professional development opportunities + $250 annually towards personal development opportunities

It’s a manual, redundant, error-prone, and unscalable process - and it only grows more complex and expensive over time.

Our team of SaaS, security, compliance, and audit experts have built a better way - with automation.
