Branch is seeking a results-driven Procurement Lead to join our Finance team. The ideal candidate will bring extensive experience in procurement, the ability to develop and implement strategic procurement initiatives and enthusiasm for supporting a high-performing team. This person will be expected to roll up their sleeves, partner with leaders across the company and transform Branch’s procurement function to the next phase of maturity.

Our Finance team is a collaborative group with diverse backgrounds and a passion for partnership. This role will report to the Corporate Controller and will have a direct hand in creating scalable processes that will be in place for years to come.

As a Procurement Lead, you’ll get to:

  • Partner with internal stakeholders to understand their procurement needs and provide solutions.
  • Facilitate cross-functional collaboration to achieve procurement objectives.
  • Communicate procurement strategies and policies throughout Branch.
  • Develop and implement procurement strategies aligned with Branch’s goals.
  • Negotiate contracts, terms, and pricing with suppliers to optimize value.
  • Oversee the end-to-end procurement process, including requisitioning, sourcing, and purchasing.
  • Manage procurement documentation and maintain accurate records.
  • Track and report on procurement costs and savings.

You’ll be a good fit if you have:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field
  • Professional certification (e.g., CPM, CPSM, CIPS) is a plus
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in procurement
  • Proven track record of successfully driving procurement outcomes aligned with strategic initiatives
  • Excellent negotiation and supplier relationship management abilities
  • Strong written, oral communication, analytical and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and take ownership of work product
  • Bias towards execution and proven ability to clearly and concisely implement new processes and effectively communicate with a global team
  • Desire to work independently and simultaneously collaborate with a remote team

This role will be based at our new Austin, TX office and in alignment with our return to office policy, this role follows our Hybrid schedule. This position is required to be hybrid in office at Austin. Branch is not open to supporting relocation at this time.

This role does not qualify for US Visa support.
